Every gaming PC you sell can be a node of a cloud nobody owns.
You already sell the hardware. Rutli makes the better one easier to justify, keeps it worth more while owned, and costs you nothing to try.
Powerful hardware has a new job.
The attach
The better card becomes the easier sale.
A customer already wants the higher-end GPU. The friction is the sentence "Do I really need to spend that much?" Rutli does not remove the price. It gives the machine a second job, so the $999 card over the $549 card, and the prebuilt over the console, has a reason that survives the checkout.
The trade-in logic
Hardware that keeps value while owned.
A retailer already knows that hardware keeps value after purchase; that is what trade-in is. Rutli makes a GPU keep value while it is owned. A pre-owned card that is ready for the network could become a refurbishment product, made the way a retailer already makes them.
The marketplace shape
Owner to owner, with a place to trust.
Rutli is a marketplace where one owner's spare capacity does work for another, at 0% platform fee on the compute price. A retailer that already runs a network of stores can add a second layer to it: the machines its customers own. A store can be where a node is set up, verified and supported.
The membership benefit
Founding Node status for members.
A benefit that costs the partner nothing and that nobody else can offer: the partner's members are the first machines of the network, named as such, with the rules written with them.
One hundred machines. One quarter. No inventory bet. Your data.
Do not start with a billion-node promise. Start with a test: 100 to 1,000 of a partner's existing PC customers, on the machines they already own. We handle the node software and the experiment. If the flywheel is real, the data will show it, including the question that matters to a retailer: does Rutli change what hardware people buy? Then scale.
The cost to the partner is the invitation.

The hardware flywheel.
A partner sells capable hardware. The customer runs local AI and joins Rutli. Spare capacity enters the network. Businesses and developers consume it. Node owners receive the compute value. Capable hardware becomes more economically useful. Customers have another reason to upgrade. The partner sells more capable hardware. The network gains more nodes.
Hardware sales and distributed AI do not have to be competing businesses. They can reinforce each other.
Start with the people already buying the hardware.
Gamers and PC enthusiasts already understand GPUs, value performance, buy and upgrade, tolerate early technology, and own exactly the hardware the network needs. A partner that already serves those customers does not need to invent a new audience.
Rutli gives the existing audience a new use for the product.
Gaming is only the first channel.
The same network can recruit offices, homes, self-hosters, vertical businesses, institutions and professional clusters. Gaming is the entry point into a much larger AI infrastructure category.
Some nodes bring compute. Some applications need it. Rutli is building both sides. PLANNED
Distribution becomes infrastructure.
A partner already has something Rutli cannot manufacture instantly: relationships with hardware owners. Rutli brings technology, applications, node software, network coordination, economics and developer pathways. A partner can bring customers, hardware, distribution, trust, retail presence, membership and upgrade cycles.
Different strengths. One flywheel.

- public-sector programmes
What we never say.
No token. No guaranteed payback. No fake node counts. No "your GPU will make $X a month". A partner's customers hear the costs before the upside, and every capability on this site carries its status label.
